One of our favorite awards is the WBCA Team First Award. This award is for one of those players that always puts the team first. This person is not a starter and may not always get a lot of minutes on the floor. They won't hit any game winning shots, but this person always shows up to practice on time with a great attitude and does the best they can to make their teammates better. Always does what is asked of the coaches and gives full effort. 

Please honor these players, as without these players, we would not have great basketball teams. You may print off the form and fill in to honor your players at your end of the season sports banquet. 

You MUST be a WBCA member and a varsity head coach in order to select players for this award and present them with a certificate.
